CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Prior to founding the AIFM, he was most recently a Managing Director in the Equities Division of Goldman Sachs International in London, and was also the Chief Executive Officer of Montague Place Custody Services.
He joined Goldman Sachs in London in 2003 in the legal department as a Lawyer and moved to the Equities Division in 2010 to head the Hedge Fund Consulting Group.
From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Douglas worked at Rabobank International in London as a Derivatives Lawyer and at Morgan Stanley in London between 2000 and 2001 in a similar role.
From 1997 to 2000, he worked as a Solicitor in private practice.
He holds an LLB from University College London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER
Prior to founding the AIFM, he was a Partner at Och-Ziff Capital Management and from 2013 was one of four partners running the London office.
He joined Och-Ziff Capital Management in 2004, became a Portfolio Manager for distressed credit in Europe in 2009 and a Partner in 2012.
He started his career at Goldman Sachs in 1999, initially in the New Products Group in Fixed Income before moving to the Investment Banking Division in 2000, where he worked on M&A mandates.
He holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Tübingen, an MSc in Economics from the University of Bonn, and an MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
